This is the "raw" version of the sentence by the Sorenskriver (magistrate) of south Gudbrandsdal, dated 01 June 1840, later upheld by "Stiftsoverret" (appeals court), and "Høyesterret" (Supreme Court). This document is awaiting transcription and translation. It has much of the same information, so if you are viewing to help me with transcription, you should first study the Høyesterret document, and possibly the Stiftsoverret document.
