Notes - Neva was born in Sidney, MT. Her birth certificate shows Clark, MT as the residence of Oscar and Mary Larson. Neva's birth certificate showed her name as Neva Larson. In July, 1961 Mary Larson filed a Correction of Record to show Neva's full correct name as Neva Cresence Larson.
Neva attended school at the Clark School and Shadwell School through the 8th grade. She then attended High School in Sidney, MT and graduated in 1936. The high school yearbook listed her nickname as "Nemoo". Neva then went to beauticians school in Minneapolis, MN. She graduated and went to work in Minot, ND as a beuatician. It was there that Jennie Ness Williamson introduced her to Ralph Ness. They were married in 1939. They farmed near Plaza and had a home in Minot, ND.
